Editor:
Nohar has been editing for over 20 years and with great love. Her experience includes editing: feature film series, documentaries and short films, with a specialization in drama, comedy and action.
Nohar won the Ophir Prize for editing the series “The Commander” and the short film “Ordinary Day”, alongside other projects that participated in festivals in Israel and abroad.
For Nohar, editing is an artistic craft, which aims to create emotional involvement of the viewer in the story. Nohar focuses on creating movement, tension and release, and on building compassion and identification with the characters.
For her, music is an integral part of the image, one that gives the pulse and life to the work.
The work process is based on an honest dialogue with the creators, with the belief that the connection in the room is what allows the vision to be realized into a work on the screen.
Among her works: ‘The Commander’, ‘Tehran’, ‘The Jews Are Coming’, ‘Home Fund’, ‘Tahrir’, ‘The Bathhouse’, ‘All Mothers Lie’ and more.
